How do I determine the right size for me?
Our swimwear is designed for a true-to-size fit. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page including measurements for bust, waist, and hips. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for more coverage or down for a more minimalist look.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Express international shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while standard shipping can take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my Sommer Swim pieces?
To maintain the quality of the Italian Lycra, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, do not tumble dry, and dry in the shade to prevent color fading.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to modify your order.
